When I go to the instructional videos and choose one to view I encounter a problem. I have audio but no video. The screen is green. This happens on all the videos that are sisted for viewing.

There is a good reason why, but the bottom line is you'll need another application to play them. My choice is VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/), it's a really good open source media player that can open and play almost anything (if it's not protected by DRM and VLC can't play it, you're really dealing with an odd bird).

Hi Wendy and Jonknee

Everything was working fine yesterday. I was having fun trying to figure out how to save the instructional videos before the are closed out. Today all I have is green screen. I down loaded the VLC link Jon suggested. Now I am off to see what happens. Keep your fingers crossed.

Thank you, Thank you.
Finally I can play the tutorial videos. Even Tutorials on a CD that I purchased could not be played. I have a new HP computer with vista and QuickTime will not work. I have been trying to find an answer to this problem for weeks. I couldn't even copy them to a CD and play from there as was suggested. VLC was mentioned but no one gave the link. After I downloaded and installed the VLC all the QT files were converted to VLC and could be played.
Thank you.
Pam

One question I should ask is: Can I uninstall QuickTime or should I leave it on computer? Any thoughts?
Thanks Pam

Since you said it's not working anyway, I'd probably take it off.
