Upgrade from PSE 4 to 6

I am not very computer savy, but I get around, some times and mostly by accident.
Do I need to un-install 4 to load 6 ? and is it worth the expense to buy 6?
Is there a cheaper price to get an "upgrade" ?

I just purchased 6 (as change from 4). Amazon.com has it for $79.99 with an in-the-box $20 rebate for current users. No shipping cost, no tax, so after rebate price just $59.99

You do not need to uninstall 4 to install and use 6.

I haven't yet installed (weekend project).

This link http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/upgrade/ talks about the diffs between PSE5 and PSE6; you can figure for yourself what's different between 4 & 5 and go from there.
