(F1) Help Not Working

I just installed Photoshop Elements 6.0 and have been playing around with the tools. It all seems pretty cool, however, when I try to access "Help" it doesn't seem to work. I've tried to access it via the help menu, clicked help links, pushed F1... nothing seems to make help show up.... :confused:

Any ideas?


BTW: Running Windows XP Home Edition SP 2.0

This is becoming a FAQ: Help for PSE 6 often doesn't install properly. You can try troubleshooting the installation, but others have tried and not always succeeded. Even if you suceed, the Help content shipped with the program is very incomplete, missing many sections.

but the server can be slow, so you might want to download download the PDF manual at:

http://help.adobe.com/en_US/PhotoshopElements/6.0/pselements_6_help.pdf

The manual is no longer shipped on the CD as it was in previous versions.
