Yeah, I have Leopard. I found how to do it by googling. I may have deleted ariel by accident though.

I have to take a look
and remember that for each font thats installed,
the computer will become slow.
Maybe I should take some screen shots (double click a font in folder "C:Windows\font\") and then simply remove it --- hmm, wonder if its uninstalled by just rename (remove) its extension (have to try)...
Benny,
btw. to install a new font, simply drag it into the font folder.

This has been posted before, but it's worth restating:
There is a way to use uninstalled fonts in Elements - I keep all holiday and unusual fonts in a folder on my desktop - instead of installed in Windows.
To use an uninstalled UNZIPPED font:
open the font - keep clicking on folders until you come to the page where you see what I like to call - the sample page - a page with the font in various sizes.
Minimize that screen BUT KEEP THE FONT FILE OPEN.
Then open Elements
That font will be available to use while both the font file and Elements are open.
NOTE - YOU MUST HAVE ELEMENTS CLOSED WHEN YOU OPEN AN UNINSTALLED FONT -
And, unfortunately, once Elements is open, you cannot open another font to temporarily use. To use another font in this manner, you will need to shut down Elements - open that uninstalled font - then reopen Elements.
You can have as many font files open as you choose.
