I posted this in another thread, but no responses. Maybe someone will see it here. Help is needed.

"I've uploaded a photo several times into "photography" and it has never shown up. Is this a small glitch? I think I read where someone else was having that problem. I did this yesterday (11/12/07). Everything else is great! Love the new look and the ability to see how many have viewed each photo."

Did you check the size of your file? If it exceeds the 2mb limit or is larger than the 700 x 600 size limit it will not show.

I made the same mistake by grabbing the full jpeg instead of the one I saved for web and it did not give an error message back, just didn't display anything at all.

There are no photos in the admin queue, so it looks like there was trouble on your side. If there are any weird error messages please forward them to me.

My photo that was not showing up in the gallery was 6.13 kb. Is that the problem?

That's not the problem. What did the screen after you uploaded the image say? You have 11 images in your gallery now, so it's definitely working at some level.

There was no message, it just didn't show up.

What is the maximum size again?

Suzanne the maxium size and 700 x 600 and 2 mb

I do all of mine at 600 x 600 / 300 dpi and they are all under 1 mb

Okay, I'm going to try this one more time. I save it as 600x450 @ 230 dpi and it says 124 kb, so we'll see if it shows up this time.
