I would like PSE to have more templates
of web photo galleries for business ...

Interesting idea. I usually roll my own HTML so I have never seen the Web Photo Gallery feature as anything more than a tool for a casual web gallery creator. All that being said it is not a difficult job to edit/create new web galleries for elements, although it can be tedious. Now if only there was an eager beaver entrepreneur out there .... :D

Guys, I just discovered "Mambo"
It changed my whole concept of trying hard to do a website.
They have a bunch of templates and it's all for free....

Looks interesting but a bit involved. Have you got it up and running? If so are you hosting on your own computer or with someone else? I'd like to set it up on my server but I'm not sure I understand all that is involved.

It runs on my web server, like Coppermine.
