Thanks, John & Judy.To get snow in SW Louisiana I would have to add artificial snow or get some shipped from up north. We never hardly get snow here, maybe a few flakes. This technique would make a nice card.

Thanks for the comments.. I used the action from Panos FX Freebies: (cracked wall painting-Cwp-mainaction). There is a section for Elements that you can download fro free-just pick the ones you want.
