In my scrap class we are given a 30 minute challenge on Saturdays.
To be honest, I don't think I have finished in 30 minutes yet.
My image today looked nothing like a scrap image but I really liked it. I am thinking of using something to this effect to offer for senior pictures. I would love some input please?
It' in my gallery. :)
~Thanks
Edit: I mean the part about the picture, the background and the name. Would that work for Senior Pictures?

Kimi. I think it looks great. I love how the background color really brings out the eyes.

Works for me, Kimi,
I keep saying, "I am not a scrapbooker", then I see beautiful work like this.
You griped in another threat about an inability to "create light paper" - well, this paper is perfect for this image. Keep doing whatever you are doing!

Rusty.. I have no idea what I did? I pulled 3 or 4 papers together and started playing with blend modes. I have no idea what the papers were, are what I did. Good thing I used a layer mask so now I have the new one I made. :D
Anyway... my point is, do you think having the background and the name would sell for a senior portrait?

Kimi, I work with high school kids everyday. And yes, I think one's own name on a senior background would sell a senior portrait. You did a great job on this. Holly is beautiful and the layout is stunning.

Kimi, Your new image is gorgeous, not to mention the model. The background looks like fire.

Will it sell?
Gee, Kimi, maybe I'm stating the obvious,
or maybe I'm too dumb to see the obvious...
If you expect to sell "this look" to all Seniors -- nope, ain't gonna sell (to all)
If you expect to sell this seniors of the female persuasion - absolutely, go for it, they all look beautiful with this kind of treatment.
The guys, especially the young guys, will shy away from it - especially the pretty font.

I really like it, Kimi. What I would probably do, though, is fade the acid edge on the border over skin areas to just a dark, noisy fade.
Yeah, the guys would probably like more of a tough, graffiti-grunge look.
