This is a picture of Bald River Falls (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/gallery/view_img.php?id=27021) in TN, that was taken this past Sunday.

Thanks,

Dane, I love it! The effect gives the photo a mysterious feel, which I really like.

Great job!

Thank you Sela, I think I agree on the 'mysterious feel.' I don't think I have never had an Orton effect to come out that way?

Thanks,
Dane

Dane,
Great use of the Orton effect! I personally like the brown toned version of the falls.

Thank you Chas, JulieM, Norma and John for the kind words.

I agree with you Chas, that happened by accident, but I like the effect.

Dane, those are great images that work well with the Orton effect. TN and NC are beautiful in every season, especially autumn. And you captured it beautifully.

Breathtaking Dane! Orton worked perfectly with this shot. I'm still waiting for some colors in our area - by the time they arrive, some strongs wind will probably blow them away before you can focus.
