Mirror Image

Hi all,
Is there a simple way to create a mirror image in PSE 5? I have an image and can rotate it of course but can't seem to figure how to flop it 180 degrees. What am I missing?

Have the "mirror" image on a separate layer and go to image>rotate. Towards the bottom of the list see will flip LAYER horizontal and vertical controls. Will need to do beth to get mirror image.

For those who don't realize it

The top half of the rotate screen is for rotating the entire canvas - the area under the line in the list is used to rotate a specific layer.
