Using windows vista with Premier Elements 4 and having no joy with my completed project. I have completed a small video project and burnt it to dvd disk. When I played it through our TV the video component has come out very shakey almost like its under a stobe light and it is very hard on the eyes. It was very disappointing. So I burnt a dvd folder then created a dvd disk through roxio to see if there was a problem with my video footage. The video came out fine but the roxio programme could not process my audio. It would be far easier to burn a disk direct from adobe but I can't find any solutions to my problem. Any ideas?

Thanks ATR
Hope this info is what you asked for and it helps clarify the situation.
using sony handycam DCR-DVD805E with 5.1 channel surround sound which uses a 8cm sony dvd-rw 2.8gb disk. This has been directly downloaded into adobe Premiere elements. I have also taken a copy onto a 12cm dvd-r through Roxio and downloaded the copy directly into adobe.
Format on timeline: VTS_01_1.1.VOB (V) & VTS_ 01_1.1.VOB(A)
Length : 4:18:05

Disc: TDK DVD-RW 4x 4.7GB single sided
Preset: PAL_Dolby DVD
Quality: fit contents to available space (which take the setting to highest quality as project is small).
