The sad thing is realizing how old the photo is. Time flies now whether or not I'm having fun. It's lots better but still so pixelly. Any suggestions? I tried the gaussian blur. Thanks for looking.

Did you scan the original photo yourself? I have had pretty good success when I enlarge the photo during the scaning process rather than enlarging it in PSE afterwards. I have taken those little 3 X 3 photos from the 50's and avoided pixelation by using the scanner to enlarge. I use a high resolution and set the output on the scanner at 300 to 400 percent. :)

Thank you, Judy. It was more involved than I realized. I'm not sure, but my first restore may be my last.
