Free Actions for PSE4

Can anyone provide websites with FREE photo actions for PSE 4. I downloaded a few the other day and the only one that I could get to work in PSE4 was the Watercolor action by Erick Nguyen. I found it on this website:

It's located about half way down under Image Enhancements.

I noticed the only thing different from this one versus the others that wouldn't work was that it came with a PSD file. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to create a PSD file for the other actions so they will work in PSE4?
I hope this explanation makes sense. I'd appreciate any help I can get, if it does. :)

Hi Julia ...

Its not as simple as just adding a psd ...

Some actions will indeed work in Elements but mainly its the ones that are especially written for Elements ... (as the action wou picked up is)

A lot of actions contain commands that Elements simple doesn't have ...

Thanks for the info! I can see how that works now. I'll just need to be sure the actions I find are PSE compatible. I love the convenience of them, sometimes. Technology is amazing, isn't it?
