error message

This is my first post on here, hoping someone can help. I've just uploaded some new photos and am trying to edit them, ie cropping and enhancing, however when I go to save I'm getting the message 'cannot complete request due to program error', never happened before so what's gone wrong. Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I had the same error messages when saving images not too long after I upgraded to PSE5. Others on this forum suggested that I run a Restore in Organizer. You'll find the command in Organizer under File->Restore. I saved the restore back to the original location. It resolved my problems.
