I'm pretty brave posting this right near Cocos beautiful sepia barn.....:)

I purchased the rose gold pro action from EZ Photoblast and think it looks pretty good. The problem now is I'll have to cut up my credit card before I go on a buying frenzy! Oh, those other actions look so tempting.

Toni, that looks great. I been able to refrain form getting more actions right now from Photoblast but boy your post sure makes it hard.

Thanks for sharing.

Toni it looks very good. It's hard to describe what makes the picture look good. It's just very pleasing to the eye.

I'd love to see the action on a landscape or an old building.

Thanks Kim, thanks Joe.

It was a big buzz for me actually downloading and using the action. It's opened new doors.........

I am still working on 'recognizing a good image from a not so good image' but as some wise person on the forum said "If you like it, that's all that matters in the end". I kinda like that theory:)

Toni, I love the picture - the shades, the contrast, and the beautiful faces.
First, try to imagine my surprise seeing Toni refer to my picture. Second, I am never able to do the same thing twice. I seem to get lucky the first time and then spend way too much time trying to repeat something I've already done. I haven't heard of "Photoblast actions" yet. I'm afraid to go look.

I REALLY should have cut the credit card!

Bought two more actions (chocolate pro and contrasoft) but haven't got any nice results with them yet.

Will keep trying.........

Toni,
I just love your picture....looking at the colored photo, one can get distracted with the variability of color taking your eyes away from the subject; but by converting the photo, the ultimate subject matter are those adorable faces!!! Excellent job!!! A lot of my own children's photos are BW with other tones converted just because most of the shots are spare of the moment and not planned, and non-color just creates a lot of emotion.... as captured in yours. Have fun with the other two actions. I'm still working on the contrasoft myself....takes the right photo I guess... Keep Learning, its fun!!

Actually Denise, your gallery is one of the galleries that have evoked my interest in black and whites, or tones there of. Your work is superb.

I have a dream of simulating your 'fairy image' with my granddaughter one day.
