Has anyone found a solution for attatching the tags in PE5 to raw files so you can see them in Bridge. My 5 years of photos are mostly raw format and I only see the tags for the jpegs in raw. Any solution or do I have to start over?

I guess you're obviously aware that you cannot make any changes to the actual RAW file. This means that any processing changes or tagging have to get stored some where else.
There are two options to choose when processing RAW images. You can either store these changes in the Elements database or you can create an XMP sidecar file. (There's a preference option in ACR for this)
Bridge will pick up on the XMP files. What I'm not clear on is if this will also pick up the Tags from it, since I don't use Bridge. This is true however, in going from Lightroom to Elements or Bridge.
Of course none of this helps you if you haven't created the XMP files in the first place and I'm not sure how you would go about that. I suppose one way would be to download the trial version of Lightroom: import all your RAW images using the Import from Elements Organiser function: Write out all the XMP files: get Bridge to pick them up.
The LR Import from Elements Organiser can make a mess of the keyword structure in LR but since you'd only be doing this to make the XMPs, that may not matter.
Obviously try on some test images first.
