Will somebody please share how best to get my before and after images to this site? Also, how should I get pictures to be so small?

Hi Coco,
Most of use Save For Web and then load them into Pixentral.
click File > Save for Web and resize the image:
http://www.pixentral.com/hosted/1mfUlDPIcOWHJqAL7aV3hImMR5IOWS_thumb.jpg (http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?picture=1mfUlDPIcOWHJqAL7aV3hImMR5IOWS)
1 - you see that the image is too big
2 - over here, change the longest side to 700, 750, or maybe 800 pixels
and then click "Apply"

Look under the image; the size has changed. It's still too big. Go and click the arrow by quality and adjust the slider. You want to get the size down around 150
Then click OK (upper right) and you will save the file somewhere on your PC - I use My Documents.
Now go to http://www.pixentral.com/

The top half is what you initially see. Click Browse and navigate to your image in My Documents -- click the name of your image. Then click "Send".
The bottom half is then what you see. Click the bottom link - the one marked "Forum". Click it three times; that will make sure you get the entire link. Then, "Copy" and then switch over to your post window and "paste".
You are not going to see the image, only a description of the URL, but when you finish writing your post and click "submit", it will appear within your post as a thumbnail.
Give it a go - it's a lot easier to do than describe :)

I really love the sepia. I haven't done it in PSE5 yet, would you mind telling me how? Or is it an extra you purchased?

Toni,
There is a video tutorial on sepia. You will never find it because of the title, would you believe, Cropping!! It's dated 12/15/2006 -- it's very good.
A very fast way that doesn't always produce good results for me (sometimes it does) is to convert to B&W and then simply apply a sepia filter:
Filter > Adjustments > Photo Filter >and then click the drop down menu to find sepia. You can slide the density slider to adjust the effect.
I will sometimes apply the sepia filter to a color shot to improve the skin tones.

Hi Coco,
The sepia image looks great and creates a new mood effect of the image. Great job.

Thanks all for the complimentary words. And Russ thanks for explaining the how to. I realized after I first played with this picture how crooked it was. I was never able to duplicate the same shades again and I spent considerable time trying. I finally ended up having to crop my initial try after straightening. I'm noticing that a lot of my pictures are crooked lately. I wonder if it's a result of old age. I don't remember having those difficulties before.
By the way, this "barn" was built for the filming of the last Herbie movie not far from my house. They left it up and frequently use it for filming.

Coco:
You must be very proud of your image, it is fantastic!!!!! I love it.
The square format makes it perfect with the framing you did.

Thank you, Don. I'm impressed with your b & w photos. Do you shoot using a special setting or just remove color from your images afterwards?

Hey, Coco...Great job on the barn pic. I'm glad you got instructions on the pixentral site. By the way, two of the big pumpkins did make it through the fire! Mikey and I saw them yesterday!
The big one didn't make it!
