Missing tools

What happened to the burn, dodge, soften tools? I have laid the mouse on the (supposedly) tool flyouts with no success. When I click on "Help" I get nothing. I hate the black interface; maybe the bulk of users are 20-somethings but I'm over 50 and this is hard to see.

I want my tools back, I want options to change the interface so I don't have to put my nose on the screen to see things. Help

Try right click on the tool - then you will get the flyout menu.

Sadly you cannot change the colour of the interface ...
