A question to one and all about tutorials

Where should tutorials be posts? I know we have a tutorials link in the Subscriber Area, which still needs to be there!

But for those other not so detail type tutorials, where should they be posted?
In the General Elements Discussion?
In the Challenges & Contests or Helpful Links?

Hi Dane,
I guess General Elements Discussion would be a good place. It would be nice if they would add a new category where people could post their tutorials so they wouldn't be missed. I have really enjoyed your watercolor tutorial and am glad I didn't miss it. I've seen several other tutorials posted by the remarkable people in this fourm and always enjoy trying them out.

I guess the reason they don't have a tutorials section on the forum is because with this being a commercial site they would probably prefer us to use the subscriber area tutorials :)
