Ok I went to pixentral and there are 2 choices HTML or BBcode. Which one I use to upload to my gallery?
I feel so Dumb, why this site don't have a tutorial on the Gallery section to do this?:mad:

I'm confused. You seem to have a very nice set of pictures in your gallery!
You don't use Pixentral to upload to the gallery, just to place a picture in a thread. To do that you upload your picture and then copy the url under the picture (labelled 'Forums') and then paste it into your thread. (It helps to triple click on the url to ensure that you get every single bit of it.)
To upload to your gallery just go to Gallery at the top of the page, then 'access my gallery' and follow the instructions there, but you seem to have managed that already:confused:

Hey Don,
Very impressive gallery!!! When I prepare my photos for the gallery, I use the "Save For Web" feature under File within editor....
click on that that, and you may get a message eluding to your image exceeding size for the web...ignore that and press OK...
On the right panel, you will see Preset...select custom
JPEG, Maximum, quality of 100
Under new size, take the longest size and change it to 700 , having constrain proportions checked....
Press apply.... check to make sure your new image goes under 300K, if so you are good to go, if not, keep lowering your highest number until you get your image under 300K..
Press OK...I have a folder on my harddrive called, "gallery forums"...I save all my web photos here...using the name of the photo_web, I save the image...
Now you can access your gallery, and retrieve your image via browse....
Under, "Add an Image", click browse....go to your folder where you saved your image and click, "Send"....voilla

Don, your gallery images are wonderful but I'm dying to see them larger! Superb black & whites. When you sized them for your gallery did you set the longest side to 700 pixels?

Don, your gallery is fabulous. I too love black and white. Your images in your gallery are on 90 px x 83 px so you need to do the Save for web of 700 at the widest side. I have done a screen shot of the size for web screen. I circled in red where you would put the 700 at the widest point. The second to watch to make sure the image is the right size for the gallery is after you change it to 700 at the widest side, click ok. Then under the image preview on the right make sure the file size under it says 300kb or less.

Don,
You're nearly there with Pixentral. When you first go to Pixentral, click on the word 'browse' and navigate to the folder on your HD where your picture is located, then click send. Your image will then be uploaded and there should be two links underneath like this:
http://www.pixentral.com/hosted/1OtOgBTN2502JqzAI1Ct3UuTmh6nu1_thumb.jpg (http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?picture=1OtOgBTN2502JqzAI1Ct3UuTmh6nu1)
As my image says, copy the second link & paste it into your post like I have done. Then you will have a clickable link like mine:)
I love your B&W images in your gallery....looking forward to seeing them enlarged!!

Howdy:
Thank you all for your help and comments. Here is my framing technique for DeedeeO and others.
I use Graffi's B&W Actions and Framing that is part of the B&W Action package. In addition I also use http://www.shutterfreaks.com framing actions that are freeee to download. When using the shutterfreaks actions I do this:
I go to Image > Resize > Canvas Size > I then enter 2 for Width and 2 for Hight and click OK. I then go back to Image > Resize > Canvas Size but this time I enter 1 on Height and click on Anchor the top center arrow. That will move the white square to that location and click Ok. Note: If you want the matt to be White make sure white is selected at the bottom of the Canvas Size window. There you may change the color of the matt. You can also change the color of the matt by clicking on "Switch Foregraound and Background color at the bottom of the tool palette using the eyedropper.
But 90 % of the time I use Graffi's Actions for they are simple, fast and elegant and you can change their color also using the eyedropper. After I have the matt the way I want it I then go to Special Effects located to the right select shutterfreaks effects select my frame click Apply and Bingo picture is framed. That's it.
Hope this help you.:)
