Hi

I have created some Christmas cards that I want to get printed. Kodak can print my image on the front, but then on the inside they just have a small choice of fonts and no color. I have designed an inside to the card too (color, font style, etc). Been to Kinkos but they were charging $60 for 10 (flat rate to cut them, score them etc). Any one know of a more reasonable place (online), or maybe this is a good price (?)

Might want to give shutterfly a try, not many fonts but very customizable *click here* (http://www.shutterfly.com/shop/product_c10006-p2010/Cards_Greeting_Cards)

Lisa, I wish I could advertise, but I posted elsewhere to this very issue. I have the capability to print inside and outside 5x7 formatted card, both portrait and landscape orientation accepted, already scored with matching envelopes, fine art card stock, glossy or matte finish, packaged in attractive gift boxes, minimum order is 20 cards and for ecomonic reasons I will only print orders in multiples of 20, and I work alone. Printing is done on either Epson 4800, Epson R2400 or Epson R1800. If interested send me a PM.

Have you tried the U.S. Postal Service? At their website
usps.com
they have a "create your own cards" section. They do regular cards, postcards, etc. - all on high grade paper. They will even mail them out for you if you supply them the addresses, or they can send them to you to send out. You can even add gift cards - they actually put them in the card for you.

Just another possibility.

I've used them to mail out postcards - people were impressed with the high gloss, thick stock postcards they received - very high quality.

Liza, why not print your own it’s easy.

Most Important thing to remember is to design around available envelope sizes.
If your limited on printing knowledge you can pick up a number of matching card stocks and envelopes at Staples, Office Depot or other similar stores.
Make your document to the size of the card. One for the front and one for the back.
Most of these come prescored.
Cut some inexpensive paper to size, and test printing both sides, making adjustments if necessary. The back should print so that it properly backs up to the front.

Liza-I use Print Shop for making cards. As Frank said, you can get some very nice stock at Staples and this software is designed to do just what you are looking for. In fact it comes with the back page for a "logo" of you want.:)

Carol, your window in the rain is one of the nicest photos I've seen on this site. This is the first time I've posted my opinion of a photo, well done.

Thank you very much:) I was sitting in my car waiting for my son to finish with his trombone lesson. One of those times I was glad I had the camera!
