I understand there is a link to an Elements 5.0 User's Guide (20mb or so) that requires a "password" to unlock.

1. Would someone kindly give me that URL link?

2. Would the "serial number" on my CD sleeve be the "password"?

Don't know anything about a password but it should be on your CD somewhere. It's called User Help.pdf and is around 40 MB

I downloaded my version of PSE6 will the pdf file be included in the download?

No PSE6 is different - you get the file on-line (and I think anyone can get it). It's here:
