Out of Memory in Organizer

Is anyone else still using pse3? When I try to open Organizer, or switch from Editor to Organizer I get a memory error message that says OUT OF MEMORY. When I click OK it closes. This just started about 2 weeks ago. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

This might help.
Edit>Preferences>Memory & Image Cache - default 50%, try 75% or 80% It might help, other than that you may need more ram as ps or pse use a lot.
