Problem with login

I have spent a significant amount of time trying to get this site to recognize my user name and password. I have been sent new ones, reset old ones, spent 45 minutes being passed back and forth from Customer Service to Techs yesterday without any resolution.

Please help me. I would really like access to this site.

You have my sympathy......I spent hours with the same problem....I now log in each time with two different passwords !!!.. one to get on the site and one to get to the Forum...And I feel lucky that it works !!! ...I hope you've gotten it straightened out.

The forum and the subscriber area are different logins ... which one are you having problems with ??
