Need HELP!!!

I am trying to do the snowglobe base tut in the subscriber area. I thought I pretty much understood. I am trying to transform the shape to look like hers in the tut.,(it says to click on the transform shape>perspective, the pull the top handle.) I take that to mean that I should pull straight up on the handle. It looks almost like hers is laying down, but I cannot get mine to do this. I will let me take the top handle and move side to side, and then it fills it with color. On hers it does not fill it with color but leaves the shape the same just moves what she already has. Sorry about the long explanation, just frustrated. I know this has to be easy.

Sorry I don't have time to help you with this particular problem. I am sure someone else will be along shortly that can do that. Hi Cherie ...

OK so you have made your shape (Using the Rounded Rectangle Tool) ... that give you a shape layer.

The next thing you need to do is " Image>Transform Shape>Perspective and pull the top edge in" ... just do Image>Transform Perspective then grab the right hand top edge handle and move it towards the centre.

That should give you the right shape :)
