gray scale vs RGB color settings

Good evening,

The last couple nights when making a new document in the editer, Ive had to change the setting from gray scale to RGB color is there a setting that makes the RGB mode more permanent, dont recall ever having to change it each time I make a new document.. thanks in advance..

Hi Gary ...

It should be sticky ... but the sticky isn't just from the last one you created it is also picked up from doing Edit>Copy. So I suspect that is where yours is coming from :)

Wendy, You got me on your answer, sorta slow on this end. Let me try again;; When creating a new doc , Con+N, it shows that the color mode is Gray Scale, normally when doing a Con + N, it had always showed the RGB color mode. I guess the real question shol;uld have been is How do i set the mode ((default) to show RGB mode all the time..
