How do I get my cursor back?

I have a cross hair instead of my cursor or when using my brush it's not a circle it's also a cross hair. Thanks

Brenda,
check that your Caps Lock is off. If it is go to Edit - Preferences - Displays & Cursors and make sure precise isn't ticked.

Back in the early days when I first got Elements ... I actually re-installed it twice to correct this problem :o :D:D
