I just love shots of the old boats! I have even more fun when I show them to my friend. He is a lifelong resident here and has been a crab fisherman for the last 30 years, He can tell you who owned these sunk boats, what year the boat went down and the names of the boats! It's is always exciting! I just hope you'll get at least part of the enjoyment!:)

Smiles, I've always liked to be around water, especially the salt water and boats. I have owned a boat and cruise Prince William Sound in Alaska and never tire of all the sights to see. Most boats now are made of fiberglass and are not nearly as photogenic as old wooden ones. Especially if they up to their bow in water. Very nice photo!

How fascinating, It is nice when someone can hear the history of the picture they took. When be a great idea for a scrapbook page. I love the picture.

Bill, Thanks for compliment! Fortunately we still have quiet a few of the old wooden ships here. I hope to shot again this weekend if it doesn't rain.
Judy, I really want to make a poster and name it the Forsaken Series. I am still working on a few more photo's! Thanks for the compliment!

Smiles, great photo. You live in such a great area for photo shooting. One of these days when I'm in your area I would like to meet up with you if you have time. Its always good to have someone from the area show you around to the not so popular spots. I just watched a documentary on Darien and thought of you. Can't wait to see more of your pictures.:D

I was in Jacksonville FL last week but the rains were so bad I just came back home instead of driving up your way. Hopefully early spring I will drive your way again. As I said before, I love South GA and visit every chance I get.
