Does anyone have any recommendations for their favorite Web Hosting site for the display of uploaded fotos? I have used photobucket.com . It is free, but I'm not sure it is so great in terms of features and the presentation of galleries, etc. I have recently looked at pbase.com, and thought it looked pretty good, though it sported a $22 annual fee for something like 150 MB of space (maybe it was 200MB). Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.

Banjo, you are better off going with PBase or something similar...the freebie ones generally dump loads of spyware into your system....and i know you don't want that.
oh, by the way, did you get any free webspace with your isp ?

Many people forget about this - I certainly did .
My ISP here in the UK provides 30Mb of free space, not massive, but enough to upload and display photos. The downside is that you have to use Frontpage or something similar, many of the hosting sites are easier to use.

Mike,
Don't forget that if you want to upload an image on a temporary basis ... just to let people have a quick look at it then you can always use:

Wendy,
I have friend who believes anything that takes more than two clicks is too complicated - so this site is ideal for him!!
I must admit that the thought of going through Frontpage everytime I want to upload something has put me off using my personal webspace just for the odd photo.
What's also really useful is that emailling the link (rather than sending the photo) sometimes is good enough.
Thanks again... :)

I have found that Ofoto by Kodak has been a great site for posting pictures. The invitations are non intrusive when you send them and you can make an album open to your invitees so they don't have to register. You will have to register to set up an account but it is FREE!
There has been no time limit for activity or size in the several years that I have been using it.

Thanks for the info.. I have just opened an account with Ofoto to take advantage of the 10 free prints offer  I may give the uploading a try as well.
I read a survey of on-line print stores here in the UK. Ofoto came out tops..

All:
Elements 3 has photo sharing with Ofoto built in.
Just select the images you want to share in the Organizer, and then click Share On-line under the Sharing icon.
The whole process is wizard based and very easy to use. Plus, it's free and you can share as much as you want.
