I took this photo of an eagle while at the Chattahoochee Nature Center. The eagle looks so proud and confident. I also posted a photo of an owl that had the sweetest looking face.

I love the eagle. It would be great with an American flag behind it.

Christell thanks. I thought the same thing. I'm not too good at blending photos together. If anyone has time and wants to add a flag behind the eagle please do and share the photo w/us. I just wish I had his feet in the picture.

Charlotte, I saw your eagle and owl in your gallery last night. Incredible shots. An American flag behind the eagle would look awesome.

Kim, thank you. I felt sorry for the eagle she was in a big enclosed area. Most of the birds kept at the Nature Center were harmed in some way and can't survive in the wild. The eagle had an injured foot and hobbled when she walked, other than that she was OK. I don't think I would have ever gotten that shot in the wild, I don't have the camera equipment for that.

Awesome shots Charlotte! We have a small bird sanctuary about 2 miles from the house, the birds are also rehabilitating. I love to visit there, Mrs. Minor ( care taker) is such a sweet lady and care so much for the birds!

Charlotte, The lighting on the eagle makes a great photo. I also like the owl. Presentation is very good...
