Hi,
I've been a subscriber for about a month. I'm a digital scrapbooker and purchase most of my paper and elements. But there have been time where I needed paper of a specific color and didn't have it. So I would like to be able to make a sheet of paper if I need to. I have tried, but I don't get the realistic textures and shading. Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial that would help me with this? I use PSE 5.

Thanks
Nancy

If you have a piece of paper that you like, just the wrong color, try this:

1. Open paper.
2. Make a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer.
3. Click the Colorize box on the hue/sat dialog box.
4. Adjust the sliders until you like the color.

Note, you still need to give the designer credit, just mention that you colorized.

www.scrappersguide.com and www.scrapgirls.com and www.digitialscrapbookplace.com are great places for good tutorials on doing things.
