Congrats to Tony and Chris for getting us off to a great start with two wonderful images!

Tony I had to smile when I saw yours and am now convinced that great minds must think alike ;-)

This won't be my entry for the week, but one that I took on Sunday that I'll just share. This one is only 'haunted' by local squirrels.

Oh, I have a good one for this assignment but it was raining today so couldn't do it. Hopefully tomorrow. Of course I could have run out after the rain stopped and taken a picture of the big branch hanging across the hydro lines and right down into the middle of the road just down from us!

Ok, I'm getting totally bummed as I still can't get a sunrise or sunset shot...ALMOST got one early yesterday morning....saw the pink sky and it looked way cool...took me about 120 seconds to get my sweats on and grab the camera and run to the back side of the land (through branches and soaking wet bushes) where I could get a good shot...by then the pink had already dispersed into a boring pale fade. Took a few shots this morning but nothing I'm happy with. I don't want to move on to the tree until i get the sun doing it's thing.

Deborah -- I believe that picture was taken before the assignments began, it should be a photograph taken since the assignment was posted.

Being late isn't a problem as there are events that hinder us going forth in pursuit of the perfect picture for our assignment.
