PSE2 RAW Import problem

Hi all - I'm brand new to PSE2, trying to import RAW images from a Canon
Powershot G5 in a windows xp environment. PSE2 sees the camera but not any RAW images. Copying to HD using Canon s/w saves as a .crw ext. Renaming to .raw and attempting to load doesn't work. Some trick I'm missing???? Thanks.

Hi - Welcome to the forums... :)

"crw" is the Canon raw format and Elements will recognise it - but your problem is that Elements 2 doesn't support the raw files...
