Timing of Transitions

Hi everybody. Is there a way to adjust the timing of a transition between slides? I would like to slow down some of the dissolve effects so that the transition would actually take longer to complete.

I have Premiere Elements 2.0, but I think it is the same in the 3.0 version....

Have you selected the Transition in the Timeline and then looked over to the Properties Panel on the right? You should see Duration, Adjustment, etc for the selected Transition. If it is hard to see the Transition, use the magnifier above the Timeline to get a better shot at it.

Let me know how that works if you have not tried it before.
