Repost Missing "Help" Function

I just noticed that my "help" function is missiing. When I select help, I get the message that "This Operation Could Not Be Completed" I am running Vista and the Help folder is in the Adobe folder (in the Program Folder). I reinstalled PSE5 about six weeks ago, but I am not sure if it even worked then. Anyone have any idea what is going on?:(

Trying to keep this bumped.

I know that Adobe has a few tips on help problems on their site. Most of them seem to do with old helps showing up, or the wrong help showing up, but maybe something there.
