Scrap websites

My daughter is just getting into scrapbooking & I was wondering if anyone can help me by recomending websites that help you create different layouts for example, holidays, sports, vacations etc... Just to help get the creative juices flowing.

A google search will bring up tons more. I would recommend perusing the Galleries at each site for ideas.

Trish is right, a Google search will definitely get the "creative juices" flowing. For instance, I did scrapbooking +winter, clicked the Images link at the top, and got about 60,000 hits. Talk about inspiration!

Is your daughter going to do paper or digital scrapbooking? Or perhaps a combination of the two? Either way, the wonderful thing about scrapbooking isn't so much the layout design but the images, backgrounds, and embellishments that will make it special.

Hmmmmm.... maybe Mom will try her hand at it too? :rolleyes:

Thank you for your help. Shes going to be doing both.I just wanted her to have websites to look at if she gets stuck. We just went shopping yesterday to a scrapbooking store and to Michaels and bought a ton of stuff, it was so much fun. What great things are available for this hobby. Im very excited for her to start. For the computer I bought her a program called "memory mixer 2". It a wonderful program for scrapping on the computer.

Never heard of that program before. Of course all of here in the Elements forum would probably say that Elements is best for scrapping! :)
