Keyboard shortcut to rotate brushes on the fly

I can't tell you how MANY times I've said that little prayer under my breath! It's so frustrating to have to constantly go to the little settings dialog to make minor adjustments in the orientation of the brush (esp when doing things like grunge!).

My guess is that there are technical reasons why this has not been done ... otherwise I think it would have already been done for Photoshop :(
