Hi;

Does anybody knows a technique using Photoshop Elements 4 where you can convert a picture to looks like a cartoon.

Any suggestions.

I did this one a couple of years ago and I am not sure if I still have the tut around.

There is a Dave Cross video in the subscriber area called "Poster" and is dated May 4, 2007.

I'm using PSE5 and was able to follow this, looks like it will be ok for 4.

I just learned a valuable lesson.. let the url print when you print off a tutorial.:)

I found the tut in my binder but had no idea where it came from.

Anyway I THINK this is it, as it is the only one I printed out.
