I'm sure a lot of people have already found this site or one similar, but I thought I'd mention it just in case. Ya know those days when you want to create a scrapbook page with a photo that's crying out to you, but what to do with the background and color scheme just isn't clicking? Choosing colors is my shortcoming. Yes, I can do the color wheel thing with complementary, monochrome, and all that. But, it's not just a matter of what colors go together. What about the hue, saturation and brightness of them that make them blend and pop at the same time?
