Problem with a Weekly Featured Video Tip

I continue to get a Plug In Error message when I try to watch the Layer Erasing For Effect video from Sept 4, 2007.

It says 'An error has occured inside a plug-in contained on this page' then it opens the window to send the error message to Microsoft.

This is the only video I have watched where this happens. Is this happening to others?
