Photo theme #100

A couple weeks ago Lorri suggested that we use Objects Shaped Like Letters as a theme. I didn't get it, but because Lorri is a mother she knew that and sent me an example of what she meant. So the theme this week is Objects Shaped Like Letters. You don't need to spell anything out unless you want, just find a letter shape.

PS: On a milestone note this is our 100th week. Thanks to Will, Jody and the others who got us started .... and thanks to everyone who plays for making it so much fun!

The fine print:

Everyone is invited to participate.
Because the purpose of the weekly theme is to get us more familiar with our cameras and to sharpen our photographic skills, entries should be taken during the week of the theme.
Photoshopping is allowed.
To make this thread more manageable to view, please post only your entries in this thread. Post your comments in the accompanying 'comment' thread.

If anyone is an Atlanta Falcons fan, you know the Falcon emblem is place in the direction it is to form an "F". Here is my son's helmet from last year (had to find it, this year they don't have the falcon on their helmet).

These filigreed "S"'s are on a wrought iron railing on the side of my house. I hope to replace the rail sometime with aluminum, as the S part kind of bugs me. And as the careful observer will see, it is hard to keep paint on it.
Fall is here, as the stewartia tree tells. Also you can see where the deer have reached their heads between the railing to eat the flowers off the jupiter beard.

Along the trail to the water I found a "V", an "X" and a rocky "C" (of sorts). Failed miserably with exposure the whole afternoon - hope there's some clouds tomorrow. Duh - how about digging that polarizer out of the camera bag!

EDIT: And a couple more photos I'd taken a few days ago - it was before last week so I don't think they count, but I just noticed that in the first one, the electricity pillar in front of the tram looks like a T combined with a Y, and the lamp post and trees in the second also resemble something like a Y...

The luminosity is perhaps a bit too much but I decided against toning it down - it was such a beautiful bright day, LOL.

A second image for me too, and it is a kind of an experiment. My first image ever on a laptop, first image made away from my Mac :mad:, my first image on a Graphire 4 tablet (I miss my Intuos3), first with PSE5 and my first image done away from home.
I saw this driftwood along the shore of Lake Chelan this afternoon. I think there's a letter or two there.
