About a year ago I made a backup of my PSE 5 catalog. About 6 months I got a new PC. I transferred all my data and photos on to the new PC (forgetting about my catalog backup). I noticed I don't have any of the tags I had created and non of my pictures have tags. I don't want to manually recreate and mark the pictures again and just haven't had the time to research this until now. Can I use my old catalog backup to restore most of the tags and how do I do this?
