updates

Hi all
Hope someone can help. I tried to do an update to pse 5.0 but update is grayed out. I have the the full regestered version of the programe. I am using windows vista,and I have not had any other problems at all.
I have done every thing I can think of.

Apparently both Editor and Organizer have to be running for the Update option to become active.

Thank you for your suggestion. I just tried it,but no luck.
I'm still looking for an anser, I really don't want to spend my day on hold at adobe.

There is no update, I just looked. As a matter of fact, I don't think there ever has been an update using that option.
Are you looking for something in particular?

Yes I thought there was a update for adobe raw,but I'm probely wrong about that.

Yes, there is. You have to go to the Adobe site and download it from there: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=3730
