Organizer

I am wanting to know how to use the organizer with my scrapbooking elements? I have my photos in a catalog. Should I have another catalog with scrap stuff? Or should I have photos and scrap stuff in same catalog just with different category? I have heard there is a problem switching catalogs.

I make a scrapbooking category, and then under that have my tags for scrapbooking stuff (background papers, ribbons, photo corners, flowers, borders, etc.).

I have not noticed a problem with switching catalogs, however:
You can't have two catalogs open at once.
You can't search across catalogs.
You can't merge catalogs.

The last catalog open when you close is the one that will open by default so you have to be careful when adding items that the correct catalog is open.
