installing Grant's tools

How do you install Grant's tools in version 5? I don't see any folder called previews in my presets folder.

Grant's Tools go here:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\5.0\Photo Creations\special effects

I created a folder right at Photo Creations\effects\Grants Tools

I should also say this is for Windows XP

I don't have the above. After All Users\ there isn't Application Data etc etc.

I looked around and found my Elements 5 here:
C:\program files\adobe\presets\ brushes etc etc. is this where you'd put the Grants Tools, making a new folder for it?

I recently had a bad video card on my desktop, after talking with Dell for about 10 hours on several different days, they said I had to clean my computer and re-install everything. I'm a couple of weeks past that now, I tried to back everything up on an external drive first but you don't know what is missing until you go looking for it.
Where do I find Grants Tools?

I am sorry I forgot to mention you need to have Show Hidden Files and Folders active. To do this go to My Computer, then click on Tools (at top) then click on Folder Options. Now click on the VIEW Tab on top. Click on Show Hidden Files and Folders as shown below.
