Help!!

Hi,

I am receiving an error when I go to save my editing. The error says that there is a problem accessing the organizer catalog. It may be in use by another process or a disc error occurred. I have no idea how to fix or or who to call. I tried calling a 1-800 number for adobe but there was no answer. Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hi Michelle, unfortunately I can't answer your question. I don't use the organizer. I just thought I would reply and move your question back up before it got lost. Hopefully someone who knows about the organizer will be along soon to help you out or have a suggestion.

Hi Michelle,

If you can start Organizer, try doing a File, Catalog, Recover and Elements will try and fix it up.

I have seen this problem reported over and over and wondered what they were talking about/doing to get this error.

Had it happen to me and still don't know why, but the recover trick worked.

Hi Michelle

I think there is a button press to reset the organizer while it boots. Ctrl maybe or shift??? I'm just not sure, but don't panic yet.
