Plug-ins that will work with Vista

I read a thread this morning on the "Impressionist Filter" and try as one does to install it I couldn't. I would like to know if anyone is using this filter with a Vista equipped PC and if so how is this filter installed within Vista. If by chance no one is using this particular filter on Vista, is there an alternative filter that I can download that will give the same effect. J.B.

Hi...I floundered with that too...go to program files/adobe/elements5.0/plug ins........I add a new folder and then either copy or move your files there..good luck
