Loading Brushes

I bought some brushes and installed in Applications>PSE4>Presets>Brushes.

They didn't seem to show up in my PSE brushes.

I emailed the Brush supplier and got back:

"Did you go to "load brushes" and load them into your palette? (just placing them into the folder will not make the brushes appear you must tell Photoshop to load them into your palette)"

Where's "load brushes" located?

Placing them in the Presets/Brushes folder should install them. Loading brushing just loads brushes temporarily that you don't want to install. Did you restart Elements after you put the brushes in the Brushes folder? If that doesn't work, try Resetting Preferences. Holding the Shift+Control+Alt keys down, restart Elements. That fixes weird problems sometimes. Hope this helps.
