About Foreground and Background

I am new to photo elements 5.0 and trying very hard since couple of days to add one Image foreground to another Image but failed to do that.

Is it possible in Photoelements to add one image foreground to another Image? if yes, how to do that?

Welcome to the forums. :)

If you are trying to put two pictures into one, then you have to have both open.
Go to tile mode Window>Images>Tile
Choose the move tool (little arrow at the top of the tool bar)
Drag one photo onto the other.

You will likely have to resize, as one may cover the other one totally.

One way of many to do it.

Open the background image.

Open the image that you want in the foreground. Use the marquee tool to select all or part of the image. File>Copy

Go back to the background image. File>Paste. It should put a new layer with the selection you copied from the other photo. You can move and resize it with the move tool.
