Sizing a Banner

I'm trying to size a banner to 750x120 pixels but when I put the 750 into the pixel dimensions width and try to put 120 in the height, it then changes the width. How do I get my banner this exact size?

Norma: Sounds like it's not quite the right ratio. In Image Resize uncheck Constrain Proportions and then put in the dimensions. If it's already close you probably won't notice. If not it's back to the drawing board :)

I made it in a logo program so I guess I probably have to go back and fix it there? Thanks for the info. I had already tried unchecking constrained...but it came out loopy!
